Decorated in crisp white, the house exudes a beach vibe, with upgraded living room furniture for added comfort. As a bonus, a NEW 6-seater golf cart is available to use free of charge during your stay!
The master bedroom boasts a king bed, deluxe walk-in shower, and walk-in closet, while the guest room features a queen bed and ample natural light.
The third bedroom, perfect for kids, offers twin over full bunk beds. Please note, that this room does not have privacy doors it is in a shared space.
The fully equipped kitchen and nearby dining options provide plenty of meal choices. Beach amenities include chairs, a wagon, and toys, plus 5 adult cruisers with 1 child seat for exploring 30A.
You are welcome to use our golf cart, but please be sure to follow local laws, must be a licensed driver, and must wear seat belts, we want to keep you safe! Golf Cart Policy: Just so you know, a $300 refundable security deposit and a copy of your driver's license must be received before your arrival. Also, the golf cart is provided out of courtesy of the owner and if it becomes unavailable/out of service, there will be no refund.
30A has an amazing selection of restaurants in all price categories. However, if you do decide to stay home, the kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs and upgraded appliances. Brand new pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. We also have a Keurig coffee maker for you to use.
The Village, conveniently located right outside our gated community has several family-friendly dining options the whole family will love! From Mimmo’s Italian Restaurant, Real and Raw 30A, 30A Coffee Shoppe, 30A Thai Cuisine, and much more!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their amenities once our initial pack is depleted. There is a great grocery store less than 3 miles away (Publix Super Market).
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. For your protection, we encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Airbnb guests have a separate cancellation policy.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
NO PETS and NO PARTIES are allowed under any circumstances. No more than 7 guests are allowed in the townhome. NO SMOKING is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. If guests violate this rule at any time they will be asked to vacate the property and no refund will be issued.
This property does have surveillance cameras at entry points of the home.
Please note: Parking is available for TWO vehicles. No camper, RV, or towing trailer space is available. No street parking. If you have more than TWO vehicles please let us know and we will direct you as to where to park your third vehicle close by.
